How We Do It

Our organization stemmed from a group of dedicated rugby players who experienced years of sweaty practices, punishing blows, heartbreaking defeats and sweet victories. Our team is as dedicated to Gainline Africa as we are to the game, creating an organization that is energetic, strong and influential. Like any successful team, we work together to achieve the small victories needed to succeed. Below are the building blocks of our organization. Get involved and join the Gainline Africa team!

We rely 100% on donations and personal volunteers to run our organization. Whether it’s a corporation, a school or simply an individual, we have many different types of donors. No matter what your level of contribution, there are many ways to donate.	We partner with many schools and rugby clubs in Canada and Africa. Our partners host Gainline events, fundraise and create regional Gainline Africa chapters that link directly with their African counterparts, forming an international support network.	We accomplish our goals through our projects. Working with African schools and rugby clubs, we help train community members to foster the spirit of rugby in their youth. Our youth rugby programs build community, develop leadership and educate.
